Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all accessories. We may deduct a reasonable restocking fee for missing or damaged components where permitted by law.

5. How to start a return or cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] with your order/invoice number, item(s), and reason for return or cancellation.
  2. We will provide next steps and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address.
  3. For physical goods, ship the item within 14 days of RMA issuance. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
